We work closely with the Chicago Area Business Aviation Association (CABAA) to promote business aviation as a career path to the next generation of aviation professionals. This involves scholarships, training awards through Flight Safety, CAE and Aircare International, and mentoring. In 2024 we awarded over $100,000 worth of support to Chicagoland aviation students and professionals.
